The RG-7 is one of Sansui's distinctive vintage audio processors, combining adjustable graphic equalization with reverberation processing and an impressive illuminated front-panel display. It makes an excellent visual and functional addition to a vintage Sansui system.
This example is the Japanese-market 100V version and presents exceptionally well for its age.

Important Display Operation Note
Please note: This particular version of the Sansui RG-7 does not provide an active stereophonic display response when the equalizer settings are adjusted.
The display does respond/update when the reverberation controls are adjusted.
This behavior is specific to this version/configuration of the RG-7 and is being disclosed to prevent buyers from interpreting the lack of stereophonic display movement during equalizer adjustment as a malfunction.
The equalizer and reverb functions should be evaluated independently from this display behavior.
Cosmetic Condition
Excellent overall cosmetic condition. The faceplate, controls, display area and cabinet present extremely well for vintage equipment, with only minor signs of age or previous use.
