Shipping policy

Vintage audio equipment can be heavy, delicate, and difficult to replace. We take extra care when packaging equipment for shipment.

Whenever appropriate, components may be secured or removed for safe transportation. Turntable platters, counterweights, dust covers, or other removable parts may be packaged separately within the shipment.

Please retain the original shipping box and packing materials until you have inspected and tested your purchase.

If an item arrives with visible shipping damage, photograph the box, packaging, and equipment before discarding any materials and contact us promptly.
