About Us
Our story didn't begin as a business. It started simply with listening to records together.
Collecting vinyl introduced us to something beyond the music itself — the equipment. The feel of placing a record on a turntable, the glow of a vintage receiver, the mechanical details and, most importantly, the warm sound of classic audio.
Before long, finding and experiencing vintage equipment became just as much fun as finding the records themselves.
What began as a shared hobby eventually became Eiko Vintage — our way of finding great vintage audio, giving it the attention it deserves, and helping it find a new home.
We work on the equipment together. Each piece is cleaned, inspected, tested and listened to before we offer it for sale. We also photograph and describe our equipment as accurately as we can so buyers know exactly what they're getting.
The best part of Eiko Vintage is that we get to build it together.
Dad handles much of the hunt for equipment and the technical side, while his 13-year-old daughter brings a completely different generation's perspective to the business — creating videos, helping with marketing and sharing our finds with other music lovers.
And when a new piece of equipment arrives, we're both involved in getting it cleaned up, testing it and, of course, listening to it.
For us, Eiko Vintage isn't simply about selling old stereo equipment. It's about preserving great audio, discovering music and sharing something we love across generations.
