Offered here is a beautifully matched all-Sansui vintage stereo system featuring the legendary Sansui 1000X stereo receiver paired with the classic Sansui SR-525 direct-drive turntable.
The Sansui 1000X is celebrated for its warm, rich sound and excellent phono stage, while the SR-525 offers stable direct-drive performance and timeless Japanese craftsmanship. Together, they create an outstanding vintage vinyl system with the unmistakable character that made Sansui one of the most respected names in hi-fi.
The receiver has been fully tested and serviced with DeoxIT. The turntable has been fully tested and operates with stable speed and smooth tonearm movement.
The SR-525 includes an original Sansui headshell fitted with a Sansui SN27 cartridge.
Please note that the turntable is currently missing the installed lateral (side) balance weight. To help complete the tonearm assembly, the sale includes:
One original OEM Sansui lateral weight assembly (missing the nylon suspension line)
One non-original replacement side weight
These parts are included with the system, allowing the next owner to restore the original tonearm assembly or use the aftermarket replacement.
